Being empathetic is #awesomesause, but you don’t need to hold others above your own well-being! Bro, I love to think endlessly about how I affect others, and then spiral about it until something gives. Choose battles quote. There’s times in which I need to be there and be better, and there are times where I need to sit still. I am not awful for sitting still ! And it’s chill because I’m not responsible for repercussions!!! If someone is bothered they will tell me, I can hold that true. Christine had some advice about letting go of guilt in our last sessions, I need that so bad.
